What I learned: For this assignment, I learned how to put a power point presentation together, that would be appropriate to teach the public about a diet/health related issue. I learned how do research the topic and be able to pull important information out to teach people about. I learned how to give a professional presentation in front of my peers.Reflection to the Assignment: This assignment allowed me to explore power
point, and be creative. It helped me to be confident when speaking to a crowd,
whether it is my peers, or strangers. This assignment also helped me to gain
experience in research on health related topics, and to understand that
research.
